Derbo Steel since its establishment in the 1990s,has focused on the steel industry and exported a complete range of steel products to all over the word for over ten years.

In the pipe&tube unit,our cooperative factory has the latest production facilities that can cover all product.And more specifically on the seamless pipe and pipe fittings.

In addition,the comprehensive unique capability of Derbo Steel include application technologies and construction technologies varying from high-grade pipes for lines,oil wells,and power generation,ect., to general pipes & tubes such as those for piping and structures.

Trace ability :

Traceability includes information on each pipe segment, pipe joints, valves and manufactured bends. Detailed information is stored, such as the manufacturer of a part, the facility of origin, date and time the part was manufactured, the source of the steel and any noted defects. The data goes even deeper, though. Take a weld, for example. The software will have the number of the weld, its specific GPS location, the date it was performed, the name of who performed it, the type, weld procedure specification, the installation contractor, the weld qualification report, the name of the non-destructive examination contractor who tested it, the results of NDE and if the weld was ever repaired or cut out. Why It Matters The in-depth information gathered through a traceability initiative is critical to avoid production and safety issues. Traceability programs are important in the testing of the pipeline. Historically, field operators had little information on the materials and construction or repair process of the pipeline, but now, the electronically gathered and stored information is available to them. The program also stores data generated by the testing, which is crucial to documenting the system and planning for future construction.

Independence Inspection

State of the art lab with a full range of mechanical and chemical test capabilities allows our team to manage a variety of quality control procedures in the production process at regular intervals.

The pipe is subjected to various tests and inspections to confirm that it meets customer and industry specifications from raw material to finished products. Quality Control inspectors are committed to check and monitor strictly the quality from each stage of process.

Using the aforesaid test results, the manufacturing group can make immediate judgments of process condition and take any necessary action to insure desired product performance.

Third Party Inspection

Third party inspection that is preferred by new customers are proved to be convincing. Through years' of operation,M/S Chengdu Derbo has established stable contact with world famous third party inspection authorities like BV,SGS,INTERTEK,etc, and more than 5000M.Tons of steel pipes/tubes from Chengdu Derbo have been inspected by them.
